Services included in this scheme

We offer tailored mediation services that meet the needs of micro organisations. 

Joint Clarity Session £330 excl. VAT 

A 3-hour session designed to help all parties understand the issues at hand and explore whether mediation is the right path forward. 

Half Day Mediation £550 excl. VAT   

Up to 5 hours of mediation, including 1 hour of preparation, providing a focused approach to dispute resolution. 

Full Day Mediation £1,050 excl. VAT 

Up to 10 hours of mediation, including 2 hours of preparation, suitable for addressing more in-depth disputes. 

Additional Hours

£110 per hour (excl. VAT).

Individual Conflict Coaching

£110 excl. VAT per participant, for up to 2 hours.

How it works

1. Find your local mediator and complete the online form on their profile page. Ask them about the Fixed Fee Scheme when obtaining your quote. Alternatively, ask our team for help to find you a suitable mediation professional.
2. Your mediator will hold an initial call with you and explore your needs, and confirm if mediation is suitable in your situation. If all the parties are happy to proceed, your mediator will help you get everything set up and oversee your matter to conclusion. 
3. Your mediator will provide you with an agreement to mediate, which must be signed before you can proceed with your mediation, and you will need to pay the invoice for the fees before your mediation will be confirmed.
